What does billing cost?
You should always have the choice of payment processors and with Zivvy, you do. You can choose or switch to a new payment processor anytime. However, our preferred partner has a flat rate of 2.9% so you always know what to expect so if you're looking for simplicity and no headaches we've got you covered.
Do I have to sign a contract?
The basic plan is no-commitment, month-to-month subscription.
How do I get my contacts into Zivvy?
We give you a template to copy and paste your contact info into and upload into the Zivvy system. We then clean and format the data and you're ready to go live.
Are there any other costs?
There are additional options that are available. SMS Text messaging which ranges from .03 to .09 per credit. We have a postcard system that includes live full color, printed postcards that are addressed, and postage for $1.97. You can choose from a wide range of templates or even upload your own custom designs. You will need a payment gateway which provides a secure connection between the software and your payment processor. There is a one time fee of $199 to set it up and a $19/mo fee.
How do I integrate with my website?
Website integration means all your prospects go directly into your system with no manual effort. That means no one falls through the cracks. We have multiple methods for website integration including embeddable webforms and API integration for website providers.
